Aesthetic Fillings
Aesthetic filling is to obtain a more natural and aesthetic smile design by using a composite material in the teeth and filling material with the tooth color of the person. Composite filling is halogen light cured and chemically bonded to the tooth.
Why Are Aesthetic Filling Applications Preferred?

Do Aesthetic Fillings Have Lifetime?
With routine oral care, there will not be deformation on aesthetic fillings and no gaps or leakage in fillings. During your 6-month check-ups, your aesthetic fillings will be maintained, their polish will renew and their longevity will be ensured. Shortly, the lifetime of a filling is related to the oral care of the person.

How Will I Feel After Aesthetic Fillings?
Some of the voices you will pronounce may not be clear (especially if the gaps between the teeth are filled, the position of the teeth has been corrected or any other complex restoration has been made)
Filled teeth may have an uneven color. The teeth will be isolated during the process using a moisture-resistant rubber (dental dam), so they will dry out and noticeable color differences will be occurred. However, when the teeth become saturated with moisture again, the color will be renewed within few days.
After the aesthetic filling, you may feel some gum pain, the gums will be red, there may be a slight bleeding while washing your teeth, they may be sensitive.
Compliance may take up two weeks or longer in some cases.
How Will Dental Care Be Performed After Aesthetic Filling?
Clean your teeth with toothpaste, clean the gaps between dental floss and teeth. It is not recommended to use a hard toothbrush and toothpastes containing harsh abrasive materials (bleach or microgranules), because if the polished surface of a tooth filled with this way, wears out faster, the polish will disappear. We recommended that you take professional oral hygiene procedures and polish the aesthetically filled teeth (replenishing the polish of the surface) twice a year.
